Your officiant's role
Someone to help the parts fit together and guide the ceremony, so you can be there with your people.
Finding your kind of ceremony
You might have half-written vows and a reading picked out, or only know who you want beside you. We can start with either. Tell us what matters to you, and we’ll work through the tone, spoken parts, and writing support for your chosen service.
Your names and relationships
We’ll use your names and the relationship terms you choose, with care for pronunciation. If several partners are exchanging different promises, we’ll help connect those exchanges. Friends and chosen family can have a part too; we’ll guide the introductions and let each person know when to begin.
A comfortable way to take part
Tell us what makes it easier for you to take part. You can make vows seated, have a reader speak from their seat, or leave more time between phrases. We’ll work with you on the pace and arrangement at your chosen place.
A little help finding the words
Bring a draft, a few thoughts, or a request for help getting started. We can help shape words that feel right to say aloud, write vows for your ceremony, or guide short promises for you to repeat. We’ll agree the writing support with you as part of the service.
We’ll take it from the welcome
We welcome everyone, introduce readings and rituals, and guide the vows. If you’re repeating vows, we give you a phrase at a time. If you’ve written your own, we let you know when to begin. We handle the transitions and closing so you can stay with what you’re saying and hearing.
