If the details need to change, use your private booking link or contact us in writing. Tell us what you need to change about the date, location, or services, and we’ll work through the options with you. We calculate notice from when we receive your request, even if we confirm it later.

Reviewing the arrangements

A new date depends on availability, and a new location may change travel or service costs. You can move your ceremony once without a change fee with at least seven full days’ notice, to an available date within 12 months of the original ceremony. Your payments carry over. With shorter notice, contact us for personal review. Your original booking remains in place until we confirm the new arrangements in writing; if no change is agreed and you cancel, the cancellation terms apply.

Cancellation and payment questions

If you cancel, we retain 50% of the agreed service total as the reservation payment. This reserves the time of your officiant and any confirmed photographer or provided witnesses, and accounts for preparation and opportunities to accept other work that we give up. The retained amount is the same whether you paid in full or chose split payment. We refund any remaining advance payment for unprovided services and release the unpaid service balance. We do not add another cancellation charge for the same reservation. Goods and shipping have separate terms. Refunds are reviewed personally, with the amount confirmed in writing; an approved refund is submitted to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or payment provider determines when it appears.
