Address suggestions

When you search for an address, the text you type is sent through our server to Geoapify to suggest nearby street addresses and places. Our server uses a temporary memory cache rather than a stored search history. Geoapify processes searches under its own privacy policy. You may enter or edit an address manually, including unit numbers, venue details, and locations outside the search area. Suggestions do not verify venue access or service eligibility. The address you submit with a booking is retained as part of that booking.

Inquiry spam protection

When you submit an inquiry, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals, including your IP address, to help detect automated abuse. Our server validates the resulting single-use token before accepting your message. We do not store that token with your inquiry. This check protects form submission, not access to our pages.

Payment information

Card details are tokenized by Square and never pass through Promise & Place servers. We retain payment references and amounts needed to manage your booking, not raw card details.

Your ceremony photos

Booking requires a Yes or No photo-use decision, not agreement to publicity. Neither answer is preselected, and declining has no effect on price or service. Yes permits website use of ceremony photos showing the person making the booking, not blanket permission for other participants or guests. We record the choice, consent wording, version, and time with the booking. Before publishing, we also need permission from other identifiable people and the photographer or copyright holder. This choice does not authorize social media, paid advertising, publication of your names, or email marketing. Ask us through your booking change link or the contact form to withdraw permission or request removal of a photo. We check the current permissions, including any withdrawal, before publishing.
